Across our WordPress and Bricks theme architecture, we have engineered dedicated accessibility features:

• Semantic HTML5 Structure: Every page utilizes landmark elements (<header>, <nav>, <main id="main-content">, <section>, <footer>) and hierarchical heading structures (H1 through H4) for seamless screen reader navigation.
• High-Contrast Apothecary Color Palette: Our dark botanical interface adheres to strict contrast ratios exceeding the 4.5:1 threshold for normal text and 3:1 for large display titles against our background surfaces (#131915 and #1C221E with #E0E8E2 body text and #C8A870 accents).
• Full Keyboard Operability: All interactive components—including navigation menus, product cards, dosage accordions, mobile drawer toggles, and checkout fields—are navigable via standard keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Escape) with prominent, high-contrast :focus-visible focus rings.

• Accessible Interactive Elements & Forms: All icon buttons (cart basket, search modal, mobile hamburger) feature programmatic aria-label descriptions. Form fields include explicit <label for="..."> associations and clear validation states.
• Species-Accurate Fungal Imagery: All photography depicts authentic whole fruiting bodies of the 7 catalog species and includes descriptive alt attributes explaining the fungal context for visually impaired users.
• Fluid Text Resizing & Responsive Zoom: Our interface reflows gracefully up to 200% zoom on modern browsers without content truncation or forced horizontal scrolling.

3. Known Limitations & Ongoing Improvements

While we endeavor to provide universal accessibility across our entire web ecosystem, third-party payment iframe elements (such as Stripe Elements or PayPal SDK interfaces) are maintained by external financial service providers. We continually audit third-party integrations to ensure maximum compatibility with modern assistive software (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack).
