Where are your mushrooms cultivated and extracted?
Our tinctures are handcrafted and bottled in North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We grow our mushrooms indoors under sterile environmental controls and partner with dedicated organic UK growers sharing our philosophy.
What is the recommended daily dosage?
We recommend taking 1ml (one full dropper pipette) daily. It can be taken directly under the tongue for rapid sublingual absorption, or added to warm water, tea, coffee, or your morning smoothie.
Why do you use a 30% ABV alcohol base?
Alcohol is an essential solvent in traditional herbalism. Pure water alone cannot break through tough fungal chitin to release fat-soluble triterpenes, betulinic acids, and sterols. Organic ethanol extracts these crucial bioactives while serving as an organic, 100% natural preservative.
How do fruiting bodies differ from mycelium on grain?
Fruiting bodies are the fully matured mushroom caps and stems, containing dense matrices of beta-glucans and secondary metabolites. Mycelium on grain products often contain up to 60-70% residual starch fillers with significantly lower active compound concentrations.
How fast will my order arrive?
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Orders before 1pm dispatch same day and typically arrive in 24–48 hours. Orders over £50 include free tracked shipping.
Can I take multiple mushroom tinctures together?
Yes. Many of our customers combine Lion’s Mane or Cordyceps in the morning for mental clarity and energy, with Reishi in the evening for calm and sleep support.
